ABSTRAK
The objective is to test and analyze the influence of investment decision, financial performance and capital structure on firm value of sector industry companies found in Indonesia Stock Exchange in period 2013-2017.The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach, the type of research used is descriptive quantitative and the nature of this research is the causal reletionship. The method of selecting this research sample using a purposive sampling method, with a sample of 15 companies. The method of data collection is done by studying documentation, the type of data in the form of quantitative data, and data sources in the form of secondary data. The research data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that simultaneously, investment decision, financial performance and capital structure had a significant effect on firm value. Partially, the capital structure is insignificantly on firm value. Investment decision and financial performance had a significant effect on firm value.
