ABSTRAK

brand, price and personall selling is a very important role in business that is useful for advancing business and being able to help rival existing competitors. this research was conducted at PT. Amerta Indah Outsuka Medan. with the size of the sample taken as many as 100 consumers. test results simultaneously indicate Service Quality and Promotion have a positive effect on Purchasing Decisions at the main field branch of PT Pegadaian. with a calculated F value of 25,122 and a coefficient of determinant value of 0.422 or 42,2%. the results of the test partially show that Brand has a positive effect on Purchasing Decisions at PT. Amerta Indah Outsuka Medan. where the brand variable has a t count of 2.329 and a t table value of 1.6609, which is t count> t table (2.329 > 1.6609) with a significant value of 0.022 <0.1. Partial testing shows that the price has a positive effect on purchasing decisions at PT. Amerta Indah Otsuka Medan purchase variable has at count of 2.405 and a coefficient of determinant value of 0.018 and a t table value of 1.6609, which is t count >t table (2.405 > 1.6609) with a significant value of 0.018 < 0.1. Partial testing shows that the personal selling has a positive effect on purchasing decisions at PT. Amerta Indah Otsuka Medan purchase variable has at count of 3.458 and a coefficient of determinant value of 0.001 and a t table value of 1.6609, which is t count >t table (3.458 > 1.6609) with a significant value of 0.001 < 0.1. This data analysis model uses multiple regression analysis. The results of the study at the same time became the conclusion of the study was a Brand of 2,329 with a significant value of 0.022 partially significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT. Amerta Indah Outsuka Medan. Price amounting to 2,405 with a significant value of 0,018 partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT. Amerta Indah Outsuka Medan.Personal Selling3,458 with a significant value of 0.001 partially significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT. Amerta Indah Outsuka Medan.
