ABSTRAK

High stock price are the targets most targerted by stakeholders and are the duty of all companies to achieve this. Debt to equity ratio, current ratio, business risk, company size. The stock price standart depends on the good company so that it increases the cycle for making and utilizing the company so that it can benefit from a company that has an interest in the owner of the company, stakeholders and also the workforce in the company. The research is industrial and chemical sector industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and they have been selected by using purposive sampling. Company data is obtained through financial reports published annually on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The report aims to determine the effect of the Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio, Business Risk, and Firm Size on the stock price, so tthat it can be concluded that the Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio, Business Risk and Firm Size have a simultan effect on stock price.
