ABSTRAK

Epithelial continuity is lost as a result of wounds, either with or without underlying connective

Women are more likely than men to be obese and at risk of hypertension and heart disease.

This is influenced by genes. This study looked at how swimming exercise affects the expression

of endothelin-1 and A-receptor in an obese mouse model. This study shows that physical

exercise can reduce obesity, especially on endothelial factors such as ET-1 and NO. This

experimental real study was conducted on twelve adult Wistar rats (Rattus norvegicus) as

samples Test animals were treated until obese, untreated (control), trained with swimming,

and checked for ET-1, ET-A, blood sugar, and total cholesterol. The collected data is analyzed

using SPSS. The results showed that the ET-1 level was 92 and the normality test for the

treatment group was more significant than 0.05 for ET-1 examination of 0.315 and ET-A of

0.261.
