Hospital management requires fast and accurate data management in order to create quality services. Manual data management has many weaknesses, apart from taking a long time, its accuracy is also less acceptable because the possibility of errors is very large. This study aims to evaluate the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) at Efarina Etaham Berastagi Hospital. This research used a quantitative approach, carried out by interviewing 110 people consisting of 62 employees in the medical department, 24 people in the general/HRD department, 8 people in the finance/accounting department, 5 people in the marketing department, 4 people in the registration department, cashiers. 4 people and 3 people in the IT department. From the research results it is known that there is a relationship between system use and SIMRS performance, there is a relationship between user satisfaction and SIMRS performance, there is a relationship between structure and SIMRS performance, there is a relationship between environment and SIMRS performance, there is a relationship between system quality and SIMRS performance, there is a relationship between information and SIMRS performance, There is a relationship between service quality and SIMRS performance. The results of the univariate analysis show 2 variables that significantly influence SIMRS performance. The factor that most significantly influences SIMRS performance at Efarina Etaham Berastagi Hospital is the variable structure.
