ABSTRAK
Infertility in men is a worldwide, non-communicable disease that is brought on by obesity. Male fertility and sperm production are impacted by obesity. Antioxidants found in pea butterfly blooms (Clitoria ternatea) combat free radicals and avert obesity. This study examined the effects of butterfly pea flower extract (Clitoriaternatea) on testicular operate the level of cholesterol, and histology of the testicles in male Wistar rats that were obese (Rattus norvegicus). This study employs a lab or real experiment and is quantitative in nature. Four groups were randomly selected from among the 24 test mice. The version 25.0 of SPSS for Windows was used to analyze the research data. The significance of the normalcy test is 0.577. The results of the one-way ANOVA test show a significance level of 0.000 or higher than 0.05. Post-hoc test values for LSD. The groups receiving therapy 1–3 and the control group differed significantly (p = 0.000). Between the treatment groups 2 and 3, there was no difference (p = 0.088). The study discovered that 400 mg and 600 mg/kgBW of butterfly pea flower extract therapy (Clitoria ternatea) reduces cholesterol in the body. In obese white rats, flavonoids, saponins, tannins, and triterpenoids lower cholesterol and enhance testicular function.
