Gagal ginjal kronis (chronic renal failure) merupakan kerusakan pada bagian ginjal progresif yang berakibat fatal dan ditandai dengan adanya uremia atau urea dan limbah nitrogen lainnya yang beredar dalam darah. Kepatuhan menjalani terapi hemodialisa merupakan salah satu hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan, jika pasien tidak patuh dapat menyebabkan penumpukan zat-zat berbahaya dalam tubuh. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk Mengetahui Hubungan Antara Kepatuhan Menjalani Terapi Hemodialisa Dengan Kualitas Hidup Pasien Chronic Kidney Disease di Ruang Hemodialisa RSU Royal Prima Medan Tahun 2019. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan Jenis penelitian analitik dengan desain cross sectional, Jumlah populasi sebanyak 72 Responden, Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan menggunakan kriteria inklusi dan Kriteria eksklusi. Dengan jumlah sampel 30 Responden. pengumpulan data menggunakan lembaran kuesioner kepatuhan menjalani terapi hemodialisa dan kualitas hidup waktu penelitian dilakukan analisa data menggunakan Uji chi-square dengan nilai signifikan 0,05. Hasil Penelitian menggunakan uji Uji chi-square didapatkan hasil p-value = 0,000. sehingga dapat diambil Kesimpulan bahwa ada hubungan Antara Kepatuhan Menjalani Terapi Hemodialisa Dengan Kualitas Hidup Pasien Chronic Kidney Disease di Ruang Hemodialisa RSU Royal Prima Medan Tahun 2019. Saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya dapat meneliti mengenai hubungan kepatuhan menjalani fisioterapi dengan kualitas hidup pada pasien stroke.

ABSTRACT
Chronic kidney failure (chronic renal failure) is damage to parts of the progressive fatal kidney and is characterized by the presence of uremia or urea and other nitrogen wastes that circulate in the blood. Adherence to undergo therapy hemodialisa is one of the important thing to note, if the patient does not comply can cause a buildup of harmful substances in the body. The purpose of this research was to know relationship between adherence to Undergo Therapy With the patient's quality of life Hemodialisa Chronic Kidney Disease in the space Hemodialisa RSU Royal Prima Medan Year 2019. This Research method using this type of analytic research design with cross sectional population 72, number of respondents, sampling Techniques using a purposive sampling technique by using the criteria of inclusion and exclusion Criteria. With a total sample of 30 Respondents. data collection using the compliance questionnaire sheets are undergoing therapy and quality of life hemodialisa time research conducted data analysis using chi-square Test with significant value of 0.05. The results of research using the chi-square test Test results obtained by the p-value = 0.000. so the Conclusion to be drawn that there is a relationship between adherence to Undergo Therapy With the patient's quality of life Hemodialisa Chronic Kidney Disease in the space Hemodialisa RSU Royal Prima Medan Year 2019. Suggestions for the next researcher can examine the compliance relationship physiotherapy with the quality of life in stroke patients.
