ABSTRAK

PT Trijaya Pratama Futures Medan. This company is engaged in futures trading such as Money market, forex and so on. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the effect of Job Satisfaction and Work Supervision on Employee Performance at PT Trijaya Pratama Futures Medan. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach, this type of research is quantitative descriptive, and the nature of this research is descriptive explanatory. The method of data collection is done by interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The population and sample are 68 employees. The results showed that simultaneously and partially Job Satisfaction and Work Supervision had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Trijaya Pratama Futures Medan.
