ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Current ratio, Dividend policy, Leverage, and Return on Assets on Firm value of consumer goods industry sector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research used some theories of Current ratio, Dividend policy, Leverage, Return on Assets and Firm value. The research was used by quantitative research approach because the data colection of this research was performed by study documentation. The population in this study are all companies in the consumer goods industry sector Indonesia Stock Exchange amounted to 36 companies 2013-2016. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling, so that the final sample that is obtained is 72, acompany incorporated in consumer goods industry sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2016. Data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 21 for Windows. The research finding revaled that Current Ratio, Dividend Policy, Leverage and Return On Assets simultaneously have a positif effect on Firm Value of consumer goods industry sector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange.The partially Current Ratio and Dividend Policy has no affect but not significant to the company's value consumer goods industry sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2016 period, Leverage and Return on Assets has positive and significant impact on corporate value consumer goods industry sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2016.
