ABSTRAK

Ruangguru and Zenius are online tutoring applications that are very widely used, besides that Ruangguru and Zenius offer products with the most complete solutions to students. The impact of COVID-19 on the world of education in Indonesia is felt by all students, especially in teaching and learning activities with the presence of Teacher's and Zenius' rooms can help students with learning difficulties. Based on the results of interviews and observations, the use of Ruangguru and Zenius has a positive influence in the learning process. But there are problems that are felt by Ruangguru and Zenius users. The purpose of this research is to analyze the application by identifying, categorizing, and prioritizing needs based on user satisfaction of Ruangguru and Zenius Applications so as to reduce user problems so that the quality can be improved. The method used by Fuzzy Kano is a quantitative and objective product development technique based on an assessment of customer satisfaction to improve product quality. In this study using purposive sampling so that the minimum target of respondents is 77 respondents. The results of this study, there are 20 requirements defined as application features, which are categorized into 3 categories consisting of 7 features included in the one-dimensional quality attribute category, 4 features included in the attractive quality attribute category, and 9 features included in the indifferent quality category.
