Tujuan penelitian adalah menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi, dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Sinar Gunung Sawit Raya. Fenomena tidak tercapainya target produksi, pemimpin terlalu tegas terhadap bawahan, komunikasi kurang baik antar karyawan, dan kurangnya disiplin, kesadaran diri karyawan dalam menjalankan peraturan melatarbelakangi penelitian ini. Metode analisis data adalah regresi linear berganda. Teknik penentuan sampel adalah simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 104 karyawan. Hasil pengujian secara parsial Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, komunikasi yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Sinar Gunung Sawit Raya. Secara simultan Gaya Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Sinar Gunung Sawit Raya.
ABSTRACT
The purpose of the study was to examine and analyze the effect of Leadership Style, Communication, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Sinar Gunung Sawit Raya. The phenomenon of not achieving production targets, leaders being too strict with subordinates, poor communication between employees, and lack of discipline, self-awareness of employees in carrying out regulations is the background of this research. The method of data analysis is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique was simple random sampling with a sample size of 104 employees. Partial test results Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Sinar Gunung Sawit Raya. Simultaneously Leadership Style, Communication, and Work Discipline a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Rays of Gunung Sawit Raya.
