   Abstrak

 

Tindak pidana perdagangan orang (human itrafficking) merupakan salah satu tindak pidana yang sangat kompleks sehingga sulit untuk idiberantas. Dalam kasus-kasus tindak pidana perdagangan orang biasanya tidak hanya menyangkut satu bidang kehidupan saja namun lebih dari satu bidang kehidupan. Praktik perdagangan orang terbilang marak terjadi di dunia, khususnya di dunia pelayaran.Tindak pidana perdagangan orang (human itrafficking) merupakan salah satu tindak pidana yang sangat kompleks sehingga sulit untuk diberantas. Dalam kasus-kasus tindak pidana perdagangan orang biasanya tidak hanya menyangkut satu bidang kehidupan saja namun lebih dari satu bidang kehidupan. Tindak pidana perdagangan orang juga seringkali terjadi tidak hanya dalam wilayah suatu Negara saja tetapi juga diluar wilayah suatu Negara. Namun ada perhatian yang lebih dikhususkan pada kasus perdagangan orang di dunia pelayaran. Untuk itu, penenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya tindak pidana perdagangan orang, sanksi-sanksi yang didapat oleh para pelaku dalam sistem hukum.

Abstract

 

The criminal act of trafficking in persons (human trafficking) is one of the criminal acts which are very complex and therefore difficult to eradicate. In these cases, the criminal act of trafficking in persons usually does not only concern one field of life, but more than one area of ​​life. It is said that the practice of trafficking in people is happening in the world, especially in the world of shipping. The crime of trafficking in people (human trafficking) is one of the crimes that has very complex issues. In cases where the criminal act of trafficking in persons is usually not only concerned with one field of life, but more than one field of life. i Criminal acts of trafficking in persons also often occur not only within the territory of a single country but also outside the territory of a single country. However, there is a more focused attention on cases of human trafficking in the shipping world. For that reason, this research aims to find out the factors that cause the occurrence of criminal acts of trafficking in persons, sanctions received by the perpetrators in the legal system.
