ABSTRAK

Human resources was the most important thing to run company system. Therefore, human resource must be organized well to improve organization effectivity and efficiency. This study aims to identity the effect of compensation and work discipline on the employee’s performance in PT Adei Crumb Rubber Industry Tebing Tinggi exporters of crumb rubber. Research approach that was used in this research was quantitative method. The research’s characteristic was explanatory research. The research populations were all employees of PT Adei Crumb Rubber Industry Tebing Tinggi  that consisting of 252 employees. The method of sampling that was used in this research are simple random sampling. The analysis method were using multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, R2 test, F-test, t-test. The conclusion of this research is compensation variable and work discipline are partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee’s performance in PT Adei Crumb Rubber Industry Tebing Tinggi.
