Dengan berkembangnya teknologi komunikasi serta informatika saat ini, banyak aspek kehidupan manusia yang terpengaruh. Hal ini juga mempengaruhi pelaksanaan tugas seorang notaris. Notaris berwenang untuk memberikan pelayanan publik dalam bidang hukum kepada orang banyak dan seiring perkembangan zaman maka seorang notaris juga harus mampu mengimbangi pelayanannya dengan perkembangan teknologi komunikasi dan informatika dalam bentuk sarana media massa berbasis elektronik terkait dengan fungsi dan jabatannya sebagai seorang notaris. Tanggapan yang baik atas keberadaan perkembangan teknologi komunikasi dan informatika yang bertransformasi sangat besar sekarang semestinya diberikan oleh para pelaku usaha. Dalam menjalankan fungsinya sebagai seorang notaris wajib untuk memberikan pelayanan yang sigap, segera dan tidak rumit menjadi sebuah terobosan sistem digital.
Media elektronik merupakan cara untuk menggabungkan kehendak dan tujuan pihak-pihak yang tidak bertemu secara langsung. Kondisi itu boleh dilaksanakan dengan beberapa bentuk yaitu dengan media telekonfrensi, video konfrensi atau Zoom Cloud Meeting (ZCM). Kesemua cara tersebut merupakan sarana telekomunikasi jarak jauh yang menggunakan sistem pengolahan kesimpulan yang memiliki keakuratan memori pendataan yang sangat efektif dan efisen untuk dilakukan.

ABSTRACK
With the development of communication and information technology today, many aspects of human life are affected. This also affects the performance of the duties of a notary. Notaries are authorized to provide public services in the field of law to many people and along with the times, a notary must also be able to balance his services with the development of communication and information technology in the form of electronic-based mass media facilities related to his function and position as a notary. A good response to the existence of the development of communication and information technology which is transforming very large now should be given by business actors. In carrying out his function as a notary, he is obliged to provide prompt, immediate and uncomplicated services to become a digital system breakthrough.
Electronic media is a way to combine the will and goals of both parties who cannot meet face to face. This can be done in various ways, namely by teleconferencing media, video conferences or Zoom Cloud Meetings (ZCM). All of these methods are long-distance telecommunications facilities that use a conclusion processing system that has a very effective and efficient data collection memory accuracy.
