ABSTRAK

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, fixed assets, and company size on the profitability of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period. The population in this study are all property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period, totaling 62 companies with a sample of 23 companies. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression method. This research uses quantitative research. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The nature of the research in this study is explanatory. The results of this study indicate that partially liquidity has no significant effect on profitability and fixed assets has no significant effect on profitability, while company size has a negative and significant effect on profitability in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. for the period 2016-2019. Based on simultaneous liquidity, fixed assets, company size has a significant effect on the profitability of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period.
