ABSTRAK

This study aims to examine the Profit, Liquidity, Solvability, and Cash Flow partially and simultaneously towards the Cash Dividend on property and real estate companies listed on Dividends on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. Samples of this study obtained 15 selected companies using purposive sampling with certain criteria. The results of the study partially indicate that Profit has a negative and significant effect on Cash Dividend, while Solvency Liquidity and Cash Flow have no effect and are not significant on Cash Dividend. Simultaneously Profit, Liquidity, Solvability, and Cash Flow simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on dividends on property and real estate companies that are listed dividends on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017.
