Further the most extrinsic factors are salary (X 2=7.121 df=1), status (X 2=5.374 df=1), supervision (X 2=1.008 df=1), and working environment (X 2=0.038 df=1) which affect the job satisfaction respectively. However, the variable with the most significant affection on job satisfaction is its responsibility (96.4%, p < 0.05).
