ABSTRAK

Tuberkulosis (TB) adalah keliru satu penyakit mikobakterial paling teserang selama sejarah insan selain lepra. Tujuan untuk mengetahui respiratoryrate selesainya pada berikan posisi semi fowlerterhadap respiratoryrate pasien tuberkulosis. Penelitian ini mengunakan jenis penelitian Quasi Eksperiment. Penelitian ini memakai desain One Grup Pretest and Post test yg bertujuan buat melihat Pengaruh Pemberian Posisi semi fowler Terhadap Respiratory Rate Pada Pasien Tuberkulosis. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purvosive sampling sampel menggunakan kriteria inklusi yaitu pasien TB Paru yg berumur 20-50 tahun, menggunakan pencerahan composmentis, TB Paru BTA (+), yg mengalami sesak napas, yg bersedia nir menggunakan oksigen selama penelitian. Terbagi atas pre-test & post-tes. Hasil penelitian pre-test pertanda bahwa dominan repiratoryrate sebelum pada berikan posisi semi fowler 26x/i sebesar 8 orang (58,0%) sedangkan dalam post-test dominan respiratory rate 21x/i sebesar 6 orang (44,0%) dan melalui uji paired t test pada dapatkan nilai tingkat signifikan didapat p value 0,000 atau > 0.05. Hal ini memberitahuakn bahwa terdapat dampak hadiah posisi semi fowler terhadap pola nafas dalam pasien tuberkulosis. Kesimpulan penelitian hadiah posisi semi fowler berpengaruh terhadap penurunan pola nafas dalam penderita tuberkulosis.

 

ABSTRACT

Tuberculosis (TB) is a mistake of one most mikobacterial disease in the history of people in addition to leprosy. The purpose of knowing the respiratoryrate is completed on providing a semifowler position to the respiratory respiratory patient tuberculosis. This study uses a type of quasi experiment research. This research uses the design of the Pretest and Post Test group that aims to see the effect of giving a semi-fowler position against the respiratory rate in tuberculosis patients. The sampling technique is purvosive sampling samples using inclusion criteria, namely pulmonary TB patients aged 20-50 years, using the Enlightenment of Composmentis, BTA (+) pulmonary TB, which experienced shortness of breath, who was willing to use oxygen during the study. Divided into Pre-Test & Post-test. The results of the pre-test study are signed that the dominant repiratoryrate before giving a semi-fowler position 26x / I amounted to 8 people (58.0%) while in the post-test dominant respiratory rate 21x / I of 6 people (44.0%) and through tests Paired T Test In Get a significant level of P Value 0,000 or > 0.05. This tells that there is a semi-fowler gift impact on breath patterns in tuberculosis patients. Conclusion The research of the gift of the semi fowler position has an effect on the decline in breath patterns in tuberculosis sufferers.
